You are able to return or exchange any product for any reason within 15 days of the delivery confirmation date. All returned product must not been worn, damaged, washed, and has all original tags still attached.
We will issue a full refund, excluding the shipping, or issue an exchange. If additional cost apply we will contact you for your information due to we do not retain credit card information from our customers. There are no refunds on returns or exchanges damaged during shipping. You must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
You must notify us by email at email@example.com of any returns or exchanges so that we can expect you package. Returns and exchanges that are sent without prior knowledge will be refused.
All international customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for the any of these cost or charges. We do not know what the cost may be and can not provide any knowledge of the customs policies and or import duties anywhere.
